of the material workshop. On the eve of May Day in 2022, the team was awarded
the honorary title of "Jiangsu Worker Pioneer."

reminders before work every day, weekly safety reviews, assessment and ranking
every month, and Regular safety training every year.
June is the "skill competition month"
of the security team. All members participate in the theoretical knowledge
examination and the practical skills operation competition. Through skill PK,
the excellent are encouraged to spur the backward, and the advanced drive the
backward to make common progress.
"The old brings the new" is an
excellent tradition of the security team. The old mechanical and electrical
team leader should be a "master," "hand in hand" to teach
new employees, the team as a "learning garden," from easy to
difficult patience to teach. In addition, there are small interactive and
mobile classes, anytime and anywhere, to carry out training and communication.
The security team achieved zero illegal operations and zero hidden dangers around. The staff performance pay is the highest compared with other workshops, and the staff turnover rate is the lowest. The first pass rate of the material workshop is about 99.93%, and the OEE value of the equipment has always maintained a high score of more than 90%. It has been ranked among the best in the equipment team evaluation of the company and has won many honours such as "Quality Star," "First prize for equipment improvement cases," and "first prize for rationalization suggestions." In 2019, it was awarded the title of "Wuxi Worker Pioneer."
